Before starting the service, we carry out an Initial Technical Audit using our Quijote 100-Point Protocol.

The inspection is adapted to the services included in the Quijote Pack and allows us to document the initial condition of the elements being supervised and establish a starting point for subsequent monitoring.

Regular inspection of the general condition of the property to identify any potential issues.

Opening windows and ventilating the different rooms during inspections.

🚰 Utility Checks
Checks of taps, toilet cisterns, electrical panel, windows, shutters, awnings and visual meter readings.

📬 Mail Management
Checking the mailbox and informing the owner of any relevant correspondence.

⚡ Incident Follow-Up
Initial coordination and follow-up of incidents related to water, electricity or other utilities.

🛠️ Technical Assistance and Representation

👨‍🔧 Handyman Service
Up to 2 interventions per year, with a maximum of 3 hours of labour per intervention, for minor household repairs.

🔌 Appliance Assistance
Up to 2 interventions per year, with a maximum of 3 hours of labour per intervention, for faults involving major household appliances.

🏢 Attendance at Community of Property Owners Meetings
Representation and attendance at Community of Property Owners meetings, with subsequent reporting to the owner.

👷 Supervision of Technicians and Renovations
Coordination of access for external professionals, basic supervision of the work and follow-up of work carried out at the property.

⛈️ Priority Post-DANA Inspection
Priority inspection of the property following severe weather events, within an estimated period of 24 to 48 hours after notification.

Supervision of the general condition of the vehicle, battery, tyres, fluid levels and other basic elements to keep it ready during your absence.

Exterior preparation of the vehicle before your return to Spain.

📋 Comprehensive ITV Management
Coordination of the appointment, collection of the vehicle, transport to the ITV inspection station and return of the vehicle once the process has been completed.

✈️ Airport Transfer Management
We coordinate your airport transfer, using the owner's vehicle or authorised transport when appropriate, in accordance with the conditions of the service.

📐 Conditions Based on Property Characteristics

The prices shown are calculated for standard properties with the following maximum characteristics:

🏠 Built area: between 60 and 80 m²
🏊 Swimming pool: approximately 6 × 4 m
🌳 Garden: between 20 and 25 m²
🗺️ Plot: between 250 and 300 m²

For properties exceeding these characteristics or requiring a higher level of management, we will carry out an assessment to provide a personalised quotation.
