Package prices are based on standard properties with the following maximum specifications:

🏠 Built area: Between 60 and 80 m²

🏊 Swimming pool: Approximately 6 × 4 metres

🌳 Garden area: Between 20 and 25 m²

🗺️ Plot size: Between 250 and 300 m²
