For this reason, at Quijote Full Services we have divided the Medrano Pack into three options, allowing each client to choose the level of service that best suits their needs and their property.
From essential supervision with key holding and a monthly inspection, to a more comprehensive service including ventilation, checks of installations, plant care and digital technical reports through our APP.

Essential Protection
Designed for property owners who need a simple solution to keep their home supervised during periods of absence.

Secure storage of your keys for the management of authorised services.
🏡 Monthly Property Inspection
One visit per month to visually check the general condition of the property and identify any potential issues.
📸 Photographic Monitoring
During each inspection, photographs of the property are taken and sent directly to the owner via WhatsApp, allowing you to check its condition even while you are outside Spain.

Watering and basic care of indoor plants once a month.

Each inspection is documented with photographs and a technical report, which the owner receives through our APP, providing a recorded history of the supervision of the property.
