From simple fortnightly supervision, with key holding and photographic monitoring, to a more comprehensive preventive service including utility checks, incident follow-up and digital technical reports through our APP.

Before starting the service, we carry out a professional inspection using our Quijote 100-Point Protocol, adapted to the contracted coverage. This inspection allows us to document the initial condition of the property and establish a starting point for subsequent monitoring.
